The ISP tech's meter said the router (ZyXEL VMG4381-B10A) was getting over 500 Mbps to it from the modem so there's no issues. I was only getting 80/60 Mbps via wifi (iPhone XR) in the room and 90/90 Mbps via hardwire connection to laptop.
